Anna Goussevskaia


Anna Goussevskaia is a Senior Lecturer in the Management & Human Resources Department at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Anna teaches entrepreneurship and innovation, strategy and global business in undergraduate, graduate, and executive courses. Anna is also an Academic Director of the Entrepreneurship Minor.

Anna holds a PhD in Industrial and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, UK. She also has a background in Applied Mathematics and Computer Sciences.

Anna’s research focuses on understanding how established and entrepreneurial firms create and adopt innovations, especially in the context of technological platforms and interfirm networks. Anna’s work has been published in journals, such as Research Policy, Organization Studies, and Long Range Planning. She has also contributed to several books, including Knowledge-Based Enterprise: Theories and Fundamentals (IGI Publishing), The Evolution of Business Knowledge (Oxford University Press) and Trust and Anti-Trust in Cross-Cultural Alliances (Palgrave Press). 

Anna’s executive education teaching and consulting activities span different countries, working in the United Kingdom, Brazil and the United States. She has consulted, developed and taught innovation, strategy and disruption in executive education programs for companies, such as ABB, Accor, ArcelorMittal, Banco Real, Bunge, DHL Supply Chain, GOL Airlines, Honda, McDonald’s, Natura, NEC, Novelis, Petrobras, Philips, Rede Globo, Rexam, Sadia, Siemens, Tata Consulting Services, Telefónica, Vale, Votorantim, and Xerox.
