Gretchen Goffe
Gretchen has 20+ years innovation experience in regulated industries with a focus on understanding the intersection of human behavior, the possibilities of technology and the needs for business success. She brings the context of her roles commercializing multi-million dollar technology into successful new business segments for Huntington National Bank and developing new opportunities for Merrill Lynch, P&G Futureworks, Wyeth Consumer, Bumblebee, Kraft and others when teaching design thinking.
Gretchen’s believes the world is a better place when people awaken their design thinking DNA. She founded the DTLiveLAB in 2016, creating a novel way for design thinking theory to meet practice in live projects and interviews. Prior to that she was Executive Director for the center for Innovation at the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business where she taught in the B-school and led best practices development in innovation. Gretchen has a degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Business and completed a year-long Corporate Innovation program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
