Lauryn Betterton
Lauryn Betterton is the senior analyst for talent at the Keenan Center for Entrepreneurship. Lauryn oversees the Buckeye Venture Mentor Service, a program that provides an educational support system for all Ohio State-affiliated entrepreneurs including students, alumni, faculty, staff, and licensees. Lauryn recruits, trains, and matches experienced business leaders who volunteer their time and talent to mentor emerging entrepreneurs.
Lauryn is the National Member Development Chairwoman for Phi Mu Fraternity. In this role, Lauryn guides the national strategy for member development, writes curriculum for 16,000+ collegiate members, creates programming for alumnae, and oversees a committee of eight members.
Lauryn received a Bachelor’s of Science, cum laude, from Belmont University and will graduate with an MBA from Fisher College of Business at Ohio State in May 2023.
