Mark Hatcher 

Mark Hatcher focuses on corporate and commercial law transactions and has extensive experience with healthcare transactions, regulatory compliance and patient privacy matters. He takes a comprehensive approach to his work, counseling companies and their management on a wide array of issues, from corporate governance to general compliance.    

Hatcher has been recognized in many ways, including: as one of The Best Lawyers in America©; as a Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 recipient; in Who’s Who in Black Columbus; Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star; Savoy Magazine 2015 Most Influential Black Lawyers; and the 2011 Capital University Law Alumni Association Young Alumnus of the Year Award; among many others. Hatcher earned his bachelor’s in Criminology from Ohio State, his M.C.J. from Tiffin University and his J.D. and LL.M. from Capital University Law School.
