Ryan Retcher

Ryan serves as COO where he ensures the implementation of the vision and key initiatives across all divisions of LOUD Capital through operations, finance, legal, HR, and marketing oversight. Ryan co-founded and serves as Managing Director of the Legacy Ventures and Education Venture initiatives of LOUD Capital.  

Prior to joining LOUD Capital, Ryan had a near decade long career in banking at JPMorgan Chase and began angel investing in 2008. Since being inspired as an angel investor, he has been active as a leader in venture capital firms since 2011, co-founded a startup accelerator in 2014 and consultancy his own venture consultancy, Accelerate Ventures in 2015 where he served entrepreneurs through operations, strategy and marketing support. Ryan also served as COO at a LOUD Capital portfolio company, SmileMD from 2015-2018. Ryan received his BA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and his MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, OH
