Ohio State Startup Feature - Cogen Bioscience, Inc.

Cogen Bioscience, Inc. is developing a tumor-antigen-directed platform of products for cancer-specific imaging and detection. Cogen Bioscience’s imaging methods allow for pre- and post-operative imaging, along with intraoperative imaging for better detection of cancer during surgery to improve patient survival.

Tom Magliery, associate professor of chemistry and biochemistry in the College of Arts and Sciences, is the cofounder and CEO of Cogen Bioscience, Inc.  At the Fall Startup and Venture Capital Summit in November 2021, Magliery shared more on Cogen Biosciences' dedication to developing innovative cancer targeting solutions for new therapeutics and companion diagnostics.
