LaunchpadOSU is open to all undergraduate or graduate students currently enrolled at Ohio State. No prior knowledge of business or entrepreneurship is necessary.

Students do not need an idea or team prior to event.

Students have the opportunity to get to know each other before team formation begins. Then, students build their own teams. LaunchpadOSU ambassadors are available to help guide any participants having difficulty finding a team. Once teams are formed, team members discuss business ideas and choose one idea to pursue throughout the weekend.

Food is provided for:

February 24 - Dinner
February 25 - Breakfast and lunch
February 26 - Breakfast and lunch

Students with dietary restrictions should indicate while completing registration form.

Note: Dinner is not provided on February 25. Students should plan accordingly.

LaunchpadOSU follows Covid-19 guidelines outlined by the university, which includes wearing masks indoors.

Number of teams and maximum team size is decided the week before event based on total number of students registered. Students should anticipate team sizes of 5 - 10 students.

Students interested in attending should plan to participate during the entire two days. Students need to contribute to teams during each stage of the idea’s development.

Invited guests of the program may attend the final round of pitches on Sunday. For more information, please contact Ashley Lippincott (lippincott.19@osu.edu).

Registration is open on a first-come, first-serve basis.
